1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CloudTrain ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CloudTrain provides a platform for building, training, and deploying AI agents. The Service includes API access, data training capabilities, tool integrations, and web browsing features for AI agents.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Train agents on content you do not have the right to use
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. API Usage & Rate Limits

API usage is subject to the rate limits and quotas defined by your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension of access.

6. Data & Training Content

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant CloudTrain a limited license to process and store it for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your training data to improve our own models.

7. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed per agent on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon cancellation, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CloudTrain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
